#55) I think the photos here pretty much tell the story: a top quality Samurai Armor of the Edo period with full kozane throughout, and absolute best quality mempo, helmet, sode, kote, haidate, yoroi bako, and more. Click here to see the sub page with closeups of all: note especially the wonderful iron Oni Sode; maedate is, of course, wonderful Edo gold and black Sumi-e crow design, and also note that there is a bear fur lining, original, at the bottom of the lames on the Dou.

Really fine Myoshin school work on the helmet, really nice Tehen Kanamono, shikoro, nice mempo worth perhaps a two thousand dollars all by itself!!! Maedate needs adjusting and is included.
